Here at Singing Waiters Official, our performers all work off a large repertoire of songs. Covering all the well-known classics and party bangers, we help you choose the perfect 8 song explosive set, that guarantees to get your guests on their feet! From congas, to dance offs, our waiters know how to create a party atmosphere.

1 – Booking
Fill out the enquiry form, and we’ll be in touch to talk about your big day. We’ll discuss what we can bring, as well as how we can tailor it specifically to your wedding.
2 – Planning
We take care of all the background work, by planning and liaising with your venue to ensure we have all the correct details and timings. 8-10 weeks before your wedding day, we’ll get back in touch with you to discuss your song options, and any other information you’d like us to know.
3 – On the day
We’ll set up the sound system before dressing as waiters and getting to work. We’ll get to know your guests, the characters, the dancers and the ones who might need a little encouragement. Soon after, you’ll be glad we were part of your special celebration.
We have over 12 years’ experience in performing as singing waiters at all kinds of events.
We’re not just a sales team, or a marketing company, and we don’t outsource our bookings – we’re the performers who actually arrive on the day of your event and give you and your guests the most surprising and entertaining time!
This is totally dependent on the package you book.
Typically, we arrive before your guests arrive, or as you’re in a completely different space of the venue, to ensure we can sneak our equipment into the venue and get everything ready to go without blowing our cover!
We then serve food and drinks during your meal, mixing in completely with the venue staff. Then at the perfect time, we burst into the 40-minute explosive set, leaving you and your guests entertained and energised.
On average, our singing waiters spend between 5-7 hours at the venue. This is longer of course, if you book the live evening set or DJ package on top!
From initial contact, right through until the day of your event, Singing Waiters Official are here to take all the stress away from you, and plan your surprise entertainment for you.
With a dedicated team of people, who have been in the business a long time, they can guide and assist any queries/questions or specific details you want as part of your surprise!
We take care of liaising with the client and the venue to ensure our singing waiters will be wearing the correct uniform, have the correct timings on the day, what songs to perform, and any specific requests or mentions that the client has asked for!
We call it a function sheet. All the information is carefully gathered, and once everything has been checked and double checked, we provide the function sheet to our singers, to you, and to your venue.
All that’s left after that, is to await the CRASH BANG WALLOP in the middle of your wedding breakfast and prepare to be blown away!
